It was a typical college party, with loud music and lots of laughter, but as the night went on, things took a dark turn. Mark, a fraternity student, noticed that some of the party-goers were acting strange. They were stumbling around, their eyes vacant, and their skin a sickly shade of gray.

At first, Mark thought they were just drunk, but as he watched, he realized that something was seriously wrong. People were falling to the ground, twitching and convulsing. The music died down and the laughter turned to screams of terror as the party-goers began to attack each other, biting and clawing at their flesh.

Mark ran to the door, but it was blocked by a growing horde of the infected. He scrambled up the stairs to the roof, only to find that the situation was just as dire up there. He was trapped.

As the night wore on, Mark huddled on the roof, listening to the moans and screeches of the infected below. He saw buildings catch fire and people being dragged away by the horde. He was sure that he would not survive the night.

But then, just as the sun was starting to rise, the noises stopped. Mark cautiously made his way down to the street and found himself in the middle of a desolate, post-apocalyptic world. The buildings were in ruins, the streets were empty, and the only sounds were the moans of the few infected who still roamed the area.

Mark was horrified by what he saw, but he was also determined to survive. He remembered a nearby weapons store that he had passed on his way to the party and made his way there. He gathered as many weapons and supplies as he could carry and set out into the unknown.

The first day of the zombie apocalypse was the hardest of Mark’s life, but he made it through. He knew that there was no going back, and that he had to adapt to this new world if he wanted to survive. He was determined to make it, one day at a time.
